The South Greene Band of Rebels envisions fostering a culture of musical excellence and camaraderie among middle and high school students in South Greene County, TN. Through disciplined practice, creative expression, and community engagement, we aspire to cultivate a legacy of musicianship and leadership that inspires both our members and audiences alike. Our vision is to empower students to embrace their passion for music, instilling values of teamwork, dedication, and artistic innovation that extend beyond the confines of our band room.

We prioritize personalized instruction, providing students with the tools and guidance necessary to develop their musical abilities to their fullest potential. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, we encourage collaboration, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music within our community.

Over the years, the South Greene Band of Rebels have competed in numerous marching competitions in the region. Over the past two marching seasons (2024-2025), the band has competed at 4 band competitions and received 1st place overall finishes in 3 out of 4 competitions. The band has also performed in various venues that range from Universal Studios in Florida as well as Washington D.C. and Nashville.
